This position will work 36 hours a week at $25.37/hour.
This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits (extended health, dental, vision, RSPs) starting as soon as possible.
Summary
The Sexual Assault Counsellor is responsible for providing service to survivors of sexual assault, including individual and group counselling. The Sexual Assault Counsellor works full-time as part of the Outreach Team in various locations within the community and with an office in either the Kincardine Outreach building or Owen Sound building, in a unionized position, primarily Monday to Friday days, with a requirement to flex time as dictated by the needs of women served.
Qualifications
Degree in social services, with an emphasis on group and individual counselling, and three years working experience in sexual assault counselling.
